Ryan Seryeon Song

Professor, Kyung Hee University

Ryan Seryeon Song is a professor of law at Kyung Hee University. His main areas of interest are corporate social responsibility, human rights and technology policy in the context of global governance.


Ryan Seryeon Song is an associate professor of law at Kyung Hee University Graduate School of Legal Affairs/Law School.

His main areas of interest are corporate social responsibility, business and human rights. He also researches science and technology policy in the context of global governance. Song serves as a Korean Human Rights Foundation board member and regularly appears in the media as a commentator on current affairs programmes. An expert in business and human rights issues, he actively establishing business and human rights policies and practices in Korea.

His previous professional endeavours include McKinsey & Company, a consultancy; Hong & Chang, a corporate law firm; and KAGRO, a business association. He holds a law degree from Boston College Law School and MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1990.
